Our Annual Retreat, held every September from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon, is a powerful time of visioning, strategy, and spiritual renewal for members of The Leader’s Fellowship. This weekend experience combines rich, Christ-centered content with intentional time to develop your annual plan, receive honest feedback and insight from fellow leaders, and refine your direction for the year ahead. Beyond the practical, it’s a time of deep connection, unforgettable moments, and shared growth. For those seeking an even deeper experience, an optional Silence and Solitude Retreat is available from Thursday noon to Friday noon—a sacred space for reflection, prayer, and clarity before the group convenes.

Book Club is a bimonthly, small-group gathering that complements the larger rhythm of The Leader’s Fellowship. Hosted at a local coffee shop or restaurant, these casual, peer-led meetups create space for deeper connection and meaningful conversation among members. Centered around a curated book that the group reads over a two-month period, Book Club offers a relaxed yet intentional setting to explore new ideas, share personal insights, and strengthen relationships. With six books read each year, this experience not only sharpens leadership and faith perspectives but also fosters the kind of trust and camaraderie that can only be built in smaller, more intimate settings.

Executive Sessions are the cornerstone of The Leader’s Fellowship, held every two months as full-day, in-person gatherings designed to nourish both the spiritual and practical lives of Christian small business owners. Each session begins with a content-rich half-day led by an experienced small business leader, who facilitates a group discussion centered on a topic deeply relevant to the life of a marketplace leader. Rooted in a Christ-centered perspective, these conversations are designed to spark introspection, foster vulnerability, and deepen relationships among members—creating a space where real growth can take place both personally and professionally.

The second half of each Executive Session is devoted to open group sharing, where members are invited to check in across the full spectrum of their lives—from business and family to stress levels and spiritual health. A core component of this time is the collaborative unpacking of each member’s “Mountains”—the seemingly insurmountable challenges or intimidating opportunities they face. By offering wisdom, prayer, and support, the group becomes a trusted circle where burdens are shared, courage is built, and breakthroughs are pursued together in faith.
